Tumbling Classes

  • One Hour Tumbling Private

    This class will be used as a 50/50 split between strength and stretching properly while using the last portion of the class to focus solely on your tumbling wants and needs to perfect them.

  • Hour and a Half Tumbling Private

    During this class we will use the first 30 minutes to focus on strength and stretching. The last hour will be used to focus on perfecting tumbling skills you want or need by using drills and anything else needed to help you feel comfortable.

  • Two Hour Private

    During this class we will use the first 30 minutes for strength and stretching. After the first 30 minutes we will then focus on drills for 45 minutes. We will then use the rest of the time to focus on your tumbling and help perfecting those skills for you.

Flying Classes

  • One Hour Flying Private

    This class will be used to practice flying skills and stretching properly to make you as flexible as possible. This class is very important to new and returning future flyers.

  • Hour and a Half Flying Private

    This class will also be used to perfect flying skills and properly stretching to make you as flexible as possible. During this class you could also potentially getting flying time with trained coaches.

  • Two Hour Flying Private

    This class will also be used to perfect flying skills and properly stretching to make you as flexible as possible. During this class you could also potentially getting flying time with trained coaches.
